Love never makes it weary.<br \/>\nIt goes and plunges into love&#8211;never returns to me.<\/p>\n<p>Then my heart turns around and showers me with sound advice<br \/>\nA heart engulfed by love escapes weariness ceaselessly.<\/p>\n<p>A lover absorbed in his own selfhood is no lover;<br \/>\nOne must give up one&#8217;s life to find beloved beauty.<\/p>\n<p>The lover knows full well that all these worldly possessions<br \/>\nAnd all fear of the hereafter are not worth a penny.<\/p>\n<p>They proclaim him dead and they chant prayers for the lover;<br \/>\nDeath is for beasts alone, it&#8217;s not the lover&#8217;s destiny.<\/p>\n<p>Within the inner core of this world and the hereafter<br \/>\nThe lover holds his own which is known to nobody.<\/p>\n<p>The field of the lovers is higher than the Ninth Heaven:<br \/>\nEven though they swing the mallet, there is no ball to see.<\/p>\n<p>Yunus plunged: He now stands immersed in the Oneness of Allah;<br \/>\nHis mind will never return from Eternal Unity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My Allah, what pain is this which has no remedy?
